What Does Movement Have To Do With It?

Children are body beings. They feel, develop, explore, and express
through their bodies. Beginning with the breath, movement is essential.
Movement allows for connection with others and the world we live in.
Our bodies ask for and delight in it. Children are able to integrate
experience and understand their world through movement. They develop
an ever-evolving ability to participate in life fully. The child is
invited into a deeper awareness of relationship, and the beauty and
possibility of their own unique being. Building from the connective
power of the heart; yoga, creative movement and the arts offer all
children a joyful opportunity to learn and to grow naturally in their
		own design, within any context.
